Report activities
Every month, you must submit an activity report (aktivitetsrapport) to us. In the report, present the jobs you have applied for as well as other things you have done to come closer to getting a job. It is important to submit your report on time so that you do not risk your compensation being affected.
Who submits a report?
If you are unemployed and registered with us, you must report what activities you have done and what jobs you have applied for. Keep in mind that if you are an intern or doing job training, for example, you also need to submit activity report.
What to report
Examples of what your activity report should include:
- all jobs you have applied for, for example:
- jobs from job listings
- spontaneous applications submitted, for example if you have given your CV to an employer
- jobs that the Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) told you about, or to which we have urged you to apply
- if you have worked
- hiring meetings you have attended
- job interviews you have attended
- studies you have participated in.
It is important that you save documents for at least three months that can demonstrate that you have applied for the jobs reported in your activity report. Sometimes we conduct checks.
If you have been sick, do not include that in your activity report.
