My pages
My pages (Mina sidor) is a digital place where you can keep track of your cases with the Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). You must log in to access My pages. The easiest way to log in and identify yourself digitally is with e-identification, which also gives you full access to our digital services.
What can I do on My pages?
- Register and update your qualifications and contact information, download register certificate.
- See saved results from the Interest Guide, ideas for available jobs and decisions on programmes.
- Create a skills profile so that you are visible to employers.
- Fill in and submit activity reports (aktivitetsrapporter) and notify us of absence.
- See and reschedule meetings, access your action plan, and download a certificate of your registration.
- See notices regarding your cases and set reminders for your phone.
- Apply for compensation for travel and deregister when you are no longer looking for a job.
To consider if you have a protected identity
We recommend logging in with e-identification. That way your contact information will not be visible on My pages. If you do not log in with e-identification and you are going to change part of your contact information, for example your phone number, you must enter all contact information.
Letters from the Public Employment Service are always sent to your postal address, even if you have a digital mailbox. If you need a certificate of your registration, you must call us or visit a National Government Service Centre (Statens servicecenter servicekontor).
Get a digital mailbox
If you have a digital mailbox, then much of your mail from us and others will be available on your mobile phone, for example.
